However, fast fashion leads to negative human and environmental impacts such as: water pollution, toxic chemical release, greenhouse gas emissions, forced labor, child labor and poverty perpetuating wages. CPAWS SAB is proud to share how you can introduce these issues by delivering hands on activities that teach your students who made their clothes, how that impacts our Earth and actions to be taken to transform their closets ecological footprint.
